Hey HH family!

I have been getting emails that you guys want to know more about what a Healthy Housewife eats. So we are going to give that to you! As a Healthy Housewife, I try to eat healthy everyday. I love to share my yummy finds with you and this one is TDF (to die for!!) I want to warn you, this one is super delish! I wanted to eat the entire bowl of this “whip cream”. So, you have been warned. 😛

Ok, first depending on how many people you serve, 1 can serves 2 people. If you need more, double it. Fo this recipe, it calls for 2 people. You need to have 1 can of organic cocnut milk in a can. Not from a carton! It will NOT work. From a can like the picture above. Take the can and put it in the fridge overnight so it can harden up. the next day for dessert, bring it out and open the can with a can opener. You may have to open both side with can opener. Dump out the coconut water in a seperate container (save the coconut water for a smoothie) and store it in fridge.

After you dump the coconut water in a container, you should be left with a hard white mass in the can.

Take a knife and cut it the white mass out into the cold metal bowl. (Tip-make sure you put metal bowl in freezer for an hour so that it is cold when you beat.) Add 2 tablesppons vanilla and 2 tablespoons agave to white mass and beat with beaters.

Blend for a couple minutes until all the lumps are beat out.

Then you can layer it on strawberries in a fun & fancy glass.

That is it my friends! Low calorie, healthy, and you don’t have to be vegan to enjoy it. Who doesn’t love strawberrie ans whip cream!
