Cranberries are rich in vitamin C and antioxidents, and a good source of vitamin K, dietary fiber, manganese, potassium and vitamin A the power that this little berry punches is what our body needs. It also contains proanthocyanidin and antioxidants to help cleanse and flush out the kidneys to help rid toxins.

Here is my favorite brand of cranberry concentrate for this smoothie: R.W. Knudsen Cranberry Concentrate


1/2 cup of R. W. Knudsen Cranberry Concentrate

1 cup filtered water

1 cup frozen raspberries (instead of ice)

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

1 scoop Sun Warrior Vanilla Warrior Blend Protein Powder

1 cap full of Sun Warrior Liquid Light

1/2 tablespoon of Sun Warrior Ormus Green

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Marzia
