Yummy juice/smoothie snack

Here is a yummy “juicie” (smoothie/juice combined!) that I created, it’s great for pregnant women because it’s got a great fiber content- a whopping 7 grams!

1 green apple, juiced

1/2 grapefruit

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1/2 cup prune juice

1/2 cup water

ice cubes if desired

here is how I made mine:

Cut the green apple in 1/2 and put it thru the juicer, then add the juice to the blender

Cut the grapefruit in 1/2 and use a very sharp knife to scoop out the “meat”, add to blender

Add the pineapple chunks to the blender

Lastly add the prune juice, water (filtered!), and ice cubes to the blender and blend for around a minute or until it’s smooth
