I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Here is Day #5 of my workout! I am adding extra cardio to it since I indulged a little! 🙂



Please do 1 warm up set of 15-20 reps for the first circuit of exercises to warm up muscles. Never lift heavy on a cold muscle! You can injure yourself. Do 3 sets 8-10 reps heavy!


3 sets/8-10reps


Pull ups

Dumbbell bicep curls

Dumbbell frontal raises

Lat pull downs

Hammer bicep curls

Rear delt cable rows

End with 30 minutes of cardio!
