Sculpt lean arms!

Here is Day #2 of this week’s workout!

Here you go! Here is day #2!

DAY 2: Chest/tri’s/delts

10 minute cardio warm up

Remember to do 1 warm up set of 15-20 reps to activate muscles with medium weight.

3 sets/ 10-12 reps heavy (In correct form of course!)

Pushups  (as many as you can do! Man or women push ups-your choice.)

Tricep dips off bench with feet on another bench (as many as you can do)

Dumbbell lateral side raises (shoulders)

Bench press

Cable rope tricep extensions

Dumbbell frontal raises

Repeat circuit back from the top
